Every financial institution faces a variety of fraud threats and early detection is critical to limiting these risks. Bank tellers are your institution’s first line of defense against fraud and other financial crimes and, often, potential problems can be uncovered when certain warning signs are recognized.

This 60-minute Teller Training program is designed to provide front line staff with the tools needed to identify potentially fraudulent activity through real-world scenarios and red-flag checklists for various frauds.

This teller training also provides guidance and fraud prevention strategies for banks and financial institutions to address emerging challenges.

    Dena Somers is a highly regarded bank consultant and compliance attorney.
