Employment statistics show that in the next four years, millennials will make up 75% of the workforce. And this emerging workforce has identified that one of their top reasons for selecting an employer is for that employer to have a strong value-based culture of diversity and inclusion.

This Diversity and Inclusion training webinar will allow your team to engage in this dialogue in a manner that is consistent with all compliance and regulation standards; will help your employees feel safe and included; and will identify actionable steps for each member of your team that will create lasting positive change no matter what size organization you have.
