Human trafficking, also known as modern-day slavery, is a significant problem in the United States. Every year, millions of people are bought and sold for the purposes of forced labor or sexual exploitation. It can happen to any demographic, any gender, any race or nationality. Effective human trafficking controls lie in the ability for front line staff to identify suspicious behavior/activity and your fraud and/or AML system to identify suspicious activity. This webinar provides practical training for front-line staff based on case studies/investigations in which customer service representatives and tellers identified human trafficking events.
