  5. Discuss Loan Pricing and Monitoring Issues
  6. Review current compliance issues: 
    • Equal Credit Opportunity Act (Reg B), 
    • Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), 
    • Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 
    • Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and 
    • UCC Article 9
