Curriculum

Join us for an in-depth webinar where we will explore the unique complexities Third-Party Senders (TPS) face when conducting Risk Assessments of their ACH (Automated Clearing House) activities. While TPS entities share the obligation with financial institutions to undertake these assessments, their distinct operational models present different challenges and risks that must be accounted for.

During this session, we will meticulously outline the essential components and appropriate scope of a TPS ACH Risk Assessment. We will delve into the nature of risks associated with Third-Party Senders, varying from strategic and compliance-related risks to operational and transactional risks inherent in their ACH service offerings.

Participants will receive expert guidance on evaluating risk categories specific to Third-Party Senders, including but not limited to:

  • The impact of regulatory compliance demands on a TPS structure.
  • Operational resilience and the management of ACH processing vulnerabilities.
  • Transactional integrity and the mitigation of fraud risks.
  • Relationship management risks with financial institutions and customers.

Additionally, the webinar will provide practical advice on implementing robust control measures to mitigate identified risks, ensuring that your Risk Assessment process is thorough and tailored to the unique environment of Third-Party Senders.

This webinar is essential for TPS professionals seeking to strengthen their understanding of ACH Risk Assessments and refine their internal processes to manage risks effectively. Don't miss this opportunity to enhance your approach to ACH Risk Management and ensure the integrity and reliability of your service offerings.
